The stripe on these is a little bit wider than the traditional style we're used to. Whether that's what makes this French hickory is up for debate so let's just run with that. French, Japanese or whatever there's plenty of stripes to go around regardless. The relaxed cut and double-knee construction means there's more than enough fabric here to build two pairs of regular pants.
